- What time does the event start & end each day?
Each day of the festival, the cosmicMEADOW gates will open at 3pm, followed by a pre-party & opening ceremony from 4–7pm. Full grounds are open from 7pm–5:30am.
- Can I enter anytime?
As long as you are holding a ticket that has not yet been scanned that day, you may enter any time during the event. Ins & outs are not allowed.
- Will set times get posted in advance?
Yes. During the days leading up to the festival, set times will be posted via this site, our social media sites, the Insomniac app, and email updates (sign up for emails at the bottom of this page). Set times will also appear on the festival guide you receive upon entry. Note: The lineup is subject to change.
- Can I see a festival map ahead of time?
Yes. Maps showing stage locations, food, bathrooms, etc. will be available prior to the event on this site and the Insomniac app.
- Where is the closest airport?
The nearest airport is Las Vegas, McCarran International Airport (LAS).
- Is re-entry allowed?
No, ins-and-outs are not allowed (check out Camp EDC Entry for camping in & out policies).
- What is the camera policy?
Professional photographers must obtain a photo pass using our press submission form. The form will be updated in the coming months to include EDCLV 2018 requests. Do not email your request. Photo passes are not required for standard cameras that do not have detachable lenses or handheld video devices under 6″. Professional video cameras are not permitted.
- What can I bring with me?

- Will there be a lost & found?
Yes. Lost & Found services will be available at the venue during and between show days. Check your festival map for specific locations. Following the event, items will be held at Exterior Lost & Found until Tuesday at 4pm. Interior Lost & Found hours: Fri. 7pm–Sat. 4:30am, Sat. 7pm–Sun. 4:30am, Sun. 7pm–Mon. 4:30am. Exterior Lost & Found hours: Fri. 7pm–Mon. 4pm, Tues. 10am–4pm.
After the show, phones, wallets, IDs, passports, credit cards, prescription glasses, and tech items (such as cameras or portable chargers) will return to Insomniac HQ in Los Angeles. If you would like to inquire about an item after the show, please contact us with a detailed description of your item. If you are inquiring about a lost phone, please make sure you have your IMEI number ready. To find your IMEI, you can call your phone service provider or check your phone’s original packaging. Due to a large influx of emails and inventory, please allow 72 hours for a response.
- Can I hang posters or hand out flyers?
Do not hang posters or hand out flyers inside the festival or in the surrounding neighborhood. Anyone violating this policy will be banned from promoting at our events.
