- What Private Car hotel pickup locations can I choose from?
We have two conveniently located Las Vegas Strip pickup locations, MGM Grand & Resorts World (Hilton). Please input these addresses if using rideshare to the locations.
MGM Grand: 3799 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109
Resorts World - Hilton Tower: 999 Resorts World Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89109
- Where are the Private Car pickups located at the hotels?
MGM Grand: We are located outside of the MGM Grand main entrance, which is just north of Tropicana Ave and in between S Las Vegas Blvd and Koval Ln. Upon exiting the main entrance, turn right and follow the pedestrian walkway towards the palm trees and tall light posts. Look for the “EDC Private Car Check-in” sign.
Resorts World - Hilton Tower: We are located outside of the Las Vegas Hilton at Resorts World main entrance, which is just south of Resorts World Ave and in between S Sammy Davis Jr Dr and S Las Vegas Blvd. Upon exiting the main entrance, turn left and follow the pedestrian walkway. Look for the “EDC Private Car Check-in” sign.
- What time will the Private Cars run?
Private Cars will be ready for you and your party during the hours listed below:
Departures - Going to the festival: 4:00pm - 12:00am local time on Fri May 17 (earlier for Opening Ceremony ticketholders), 6:00pm - 12:00am on Sat May 18 and Sun May 19
Return - Leaving the festival: 12:00 - 6:00am local time on Sat May 18, Sun May 19 and Mon May 20
- Can I reserve more than 1 car per night?
Yes, you can order multiple types of trips (e.g. Weekend Pass, Single Roundtrip, One Way) and quantities of cars per transaction. However you will need a separate transaction for each individual night, unless you are purchasing a Weekend Pass (3 Day Roundtrips).
- Where is the Private Car Service drop off/pick up at EDC Las Vegas located?
Depending on your festival ticket type, it will either be the SkyDeck Drop-Off, or Silver Lot for all non-SkyDeck ticket types. You will be returned to your original pickup point for drop-off at either MGM Grand or Resorts World (Hilton). If you use EDC SkyDeck for drop-off & pick-up at the festival, please ensure you and your entire party have SkyDeck access to ensure smooth festival entry. If your entire party does not have SkyDeck access, please use EDC Silver Lot for drop-off & pick-up (for GA, GA+, VIP entry).
- At EDC, how will I know what Private Car to take at the end of the night?
You will go to the same location you were dropped off at, either the Silver Lot or SkyDeck pickup. A concierge will direct you to your vehicle. You will be returned to your original pickup point for drop-off at either MGM Grand or Resorts World (Hilton).
- Can I purchase official EDC Private Car Service using an exclusive route from anywhere other than this website?
Yes, as long as availability permits, you will have the opportunity to purchase the official EDC Las Vegas Private Car Service at MGM Grand, Resorts World (Hilton) and select locations at EDC Las Vegas (more info coming soon, stay tuned).
Note: This is the official Private Car Service of EDC Las Vegas, and we do not oversee any independently offered Private Car Service programs. Only the official Private Car Service will have access to the Speedway and optimized routes to get you there even faster. Third-party services are not endorsed and will not have access to the event grounds.
- Are the Private Cars wheelchair-accessible?

- How long will it take to get to the festival?
While we cannot accurately predict the exact traffic on the day of the festival, our Private Cars utilize an exclusive private route. Our partner and team does everything in their power to circumnavigate festival traffic to get you to the party and back as quickly as possible!
- Do I need a SkyDeck pass to book a Private Car?
No, you do not need a SkyDeck pass. But, if all members of your group have one, you will be dropped off at a SkyDeck-only entrance.
- Is it possible to change the date or location of my Private Car reservation?
If you purchased Ticket Assurance, before 24 hours of your reservation, you will have the ability to move your ticket to another date, based on availability and fare price difference, for no additional change fee. To do this, visit the “Manage Booking” page. If you have not purchased Ticket Assurance, you will not be able to change the date or location of your reservation.
- What do I do if I miss my Private Car reservation?
We strongly recommend you and your party show up earlier than your reservation(s) to ensure you get to your final destination on time. If you are late for your reservation, we will do our best to get you on your way, but due to high demand we will prioritize parties showing up on time for their reservations. If you show up outside of the operating hours, cars will not be available for transportation.
- If I lose my Private Car pass, can I get it reissued?
Yes! If you lose your email scan code, please visit the “Manage Booking” page to get a new copy. Alternatively, get in touch with a Private Car Service representative at the MGM Grand, Resorts World (Hilton), or selected locations at EDC.
- During the drive, will we be able to stop and use the restroom?
While we are unable to stop en route, there will be restrooms at all Private Car hotel locations and upon arrival at EDC.
- Are there items I am not allowed to bring into the Private Cars?

- Can you bring alcohol in the car?
No, alcohol is not permitted in the vehicles.
